For buyers this means staying on top of the market and continually searching for that just right property, helping you secure the best financing available for your situation, putting you in touch with reputable home inspectors, appraisers, and general repair companies if needed.  There are many buyers coming to this area from out of town, for secondary homes, retirement homes or relocating.  You can trust me and rest easy that things will be taken care smoothy without you having to run "Up North" to track every detail of your transaction.

For Sellers I offer a very aggressive marketing program to get your property out to where the buyers are..... the internet.  Most buyers (over 83% according to the National Association of Realtors) begin their home search online first.  We participate in numerous online sites and Multiple Listing Services.  These sites reach buyers all over the state of Michigan and the country.  I will keep in touch with you on a regular basis to be sure you are not left in the dark during the selling process.

On a personal note, my husband Scot and I had the greatest opportunity to take over this family run business in 2005.  It was operated by my mother in law, Kathy Dehner for many years.  She did a fantastic job of building this company and making it a trusted name in Iosco County Michigan.  We now have the privledge of keeping that reputation going and growing as we expand our service and now proudly serve all of Northeastern lower Michigan including: Sand Lake, Tawas, East Tawas, Oscoda, Hale and West Branch.

Scot and I along with our three children 11, 8 and 8 (god blessed us with 2 for 1) reside in National City, Michigan.  This area is more commonly known as Sand Lake.  It is located among 7 allsports inland lakes and just minutes to The Tawas area and Lake Huron and is surrounded by National Forest.  Scot was lucky enough to be raised in this area and I like so many other am a transplant from the Detroit area and was raised in St. Clair Shores.  So, I know what it is like to move into a whole new setting!!

Scot and I live, play and work in this area and specialize in waterfront properties (both homes and cottages) as well as water access properties and year 'round residential homes.
